Pools and Problems Amidst Chaos

The pool was a hit! My kids enjoyed the water slide, which was well supervised by a friendly lifeguard.

However, our stay was marred by an unclean room and several inconveniences, such as not receiving timely clean towels.

No issues

The room was decent, but we had a pretty bad odor when we checked in. The receptionist was not super friendly. The bed was okay, but the towels were small. It was also a bit of a hike from the back parking area to the lobby for entry, which was tough since I'm disabled. Other than that, the coffee pot didn't work and there was old soap left in the shower. Kind of messy overall.
